The Client Brief
The Zuri House Client wanted a simple house that overlooked the garden in front.
We designed this elegant house to allow the users an opportunity to enjoy the green fronts of the compound by introducing a an Open-To-The Sky Terrace, and a Balcony to the Master Bedroom on the First Floor.
It has a fireplace that is useable both at the Lounge below and upstairs on the Terrace.
n this design, we sought a complete, comfortable and affordable housing solution for a young family while maintaining value for money.
Zuri House is a beautifully crafted house ideal for a mid sized family .
The house comes with two floor plan options.

The Ground Floor is built with rustic machine cut stones which sit on a reinforced concrete foundation and natural stone foundational walling.
The first floor and the servant quarters besides is built entirely of interlocking concrete blocks which were manufactured by Ujenzibora.
